Let's Play, Give Star Trek Captain some RPG stats

FASA was a game company that produced a Star Trek RPG game in the 80s (so TOS and first year TNG only).
They provided actual game stats for characters (based on 0-100). They also had species modifiers (e.g. Vulcans get more points for strength and intellect). I found some of the old manuals and this is what the game offered:

JAMES KIRK Attributes:
Strength 68
Endurance 77
Intellect 84
Dexterity 79
Charisma 94
Luck 98
Psionics 29
Assorted Skills:
Helm Operations 62
Starship Combat 96
Shuttle Pilot 49
Starship Sensors 41

Each character had many, many skills from administration to security operations to electronics to small arms marksmanship to deflector shield operations to leadership to transporter systems tech and more.

I'll find more stats to post if anyone is interested.

It's cool, but a bit too complex, with stats between 0 - 100, and stats with Strength, Endurance, etc. Because we can't decide Kirk's muscle destiny, his IQ score, etc and then translate them to some kind of FASA RPG Stats. It is hard to judge Kirk's strength just from looking at William Shatner's body. Because if Gene Roddenberry want, Kirk can even overpowered somebody with muscle destiny like Arnold Schwarzenegger.

So it is easier to me even to rate James T. Kirk's Plot Armor Stats and Deus Ex Machina stats than his STR, INT, DEX value.

To be honest, I'm not a stranger to a stats like FASA, as I also not a stranger to D&D model RPG stats. I also some kind of familiar with an RPG game Stats like in Romance of the Three Kingdoms series. But I think for this giving stats game, I prefer more simple model.

Why only captains, though? Or is that just to keep the playing field a bit manageable?

For example I could imagine cmdr Remmick to get fairly mediocre stats in all fields, except for his chestbursting stat hitting the ceiling (and incidentally all other walls of the room he's in, too).

To be honest, it is to keep the field a bit manageable. Specially when the stats that I proposed were more for Captain than Star Trek characters in general. Because if we talk about another characters, like Spock and Data, we'll have to rate more skills than what I have already have proposed in my starting post. For example, Spock and Data will have science, engineering, Piloting skill, Hack skill, etc. That I'm not ready to propose. But if people want to expand the game to all characters, then I more than welcome to expand our game to everyone want. And of course, with that, the stats should also have to be changed to fit all characters.

So, let say that we want to rate everyone in Star Trek, what stats that we want to rates?
Fallout type? Outer World Type? D&D Type? Skill based type? And what range that we should put into the game? 1 - 100? F to A like the current game?

I disagree with STR, END, DEX type stats, but I welcome the skills stats. Plus, rather than 1 - 100, can it be change into A - E type, to simplified the rating? Or maybe just make it 1 - 10 instead, like in Fallout game?

Now, I propose this expansion stats that maybe fitter to more characters in Star Trek (more than captain)

Starship Tactical
Starship Piloting (This including Shuttle, Starship Helm Operation)
Starship Operation (Other than piloting. Sensor, Weapon, etc).
Melee
Shooting
Stealth
Hacking
Medical
Science
Engineering
Starship Tactical
Leadership
Diplomacy
Teamwork, People with lone wolf mentality would have the lowest score in this stats.
