The most frustrating thing about Chibnall Who is that many of the premises are really strong, but they fall flat in execution. This should have been 13's Waters of Mars. If they had her acknowledge the fact that she just abandoned Dan for half the story because he didn't follow her exact instructions, had her apologize to Yaz for being so cold and distant, and had her come to the horrifying realization that she keeps letting people die on her behalf then I think it would be so much stronger.Sea Devils, the penultimate adventure for this Doctor, 19th century pirates and a great big aquatic beastie...
