Geordi strikes me as a lonely, boring character who NEVER displays any personality, beyond a one-episode hobby of building model ships.
LOL. I think that's it. He just seems like some kind of nerd-hack. I mean, I'm one too, so I don't blame him, but still. It's also who he was replacing: Scotty, dangit, Scotty. A man full of life. Geordi was ironically a less human form of Data.
Count me in on the anti-Geordi vote too.
