I'm most interested in the erase marks on this design. The artist (charitably) is a perfectionist. Less charitably, one could point out that it took the artist a couple of tries just to achieve this result.Could this be the updated model they'll be using?

This looks to me like a newer 24st century "retro" design... it's good. I think it looks to "modern" to be a 22nd century ship, pre-Federation.Similar drawing floating around of a could've been NX-01.

I actually think the NX-01 should have been altered the "refit" version we saw after the series ended. They should have performed the refit right before the Xindi story arc. That would have been a great way to beef up the ship, and give homage to the design of the Constitution class.
Honestly, I hate that design. It just screams, "look at us, we're like TOS!!!"
True... true... but I think you need a design similar, but not exact to the Constitution, but still in that pre-Fed gunmetal grey to transition... it wouldn't make sense that Starfleet produces 4 (or 9 if you are the mirror universe) NX class ships, pop out the daedelus class, then whatever came after and I would think there would not be too many ship designs before we get the clean, grey-white sophistication of the Jeffries design from TOS.
That brings up a good question for those more Trek-knowledgable than I, what ships came after Daedalus but before the Constitution?
