Compared to what it went up to, I'm grateful for the drop, but I'd still like to pay that low price. It is still around $1.48 and up to $1.63 here.

Well, this was a ways off the interstate. In that area it was $1.50 for regular unleaded. I, of course, paid $1.499 but that was for premium as required by my car.

Holding steady at $1.77/gal for the cheap stuff at my local station. Two weeks ago it bottomed at $1.63 for about 5 days before rising to the current price.

One place dropped to 1.32, another place jumped to 1.35, and most are still holding stead at 1.33

Almost every station here is holding at $1.45 - $1.52. Filled up at $1.45 here this afternoon and could have been knocked over with a feather. Took just $15 to fill up (I fill up at 1/4 tank - replacing a fuel pump for this thing is $800 so not going to run it lower and burn the pump up).

Tonight on the way back home it was $2.31/gallon in Anchorage, Alaska. A few places in town give a .10 discount when you spend a certain amount in their store (Fred Meyer, Safeway), so I could get it at $2.21/gallon if I wanted. Gotta love a high price like that in a place that's so oil rich.

It's about $1.55 at a Shell station here in town for me. As I preceded to get some gas, I got gawked at by a bunch of Mexicans, one of which had his wife and kids in the van! They kept looking at me, laughing, and speaking Spanish. I kept thinking: is there something in my teeth? Do I smell bad? Is my hair out of place? WHAT IS UR PROBLEM!? But it was nice to be noticed even if they did laugh at me.
