Tuvok got promoted because he was 100+ years old and had been in Starfleet forever (and was Janeway’s best friend, but shh).

Tom got re-promoted to his previous rank after Janeway forgave him.

Everyone else stayed the same, including, unfortunately, Kim.

Other VGR S7 would look just like the TOS movies: Commander Chakotay, Commander Torres, Commander Tuvok, Lt Commander Kim, Commander Paris etc.

In the 23rd century, mankind has evolved from such trivially petty concerns.........though from the NAKED TIME and on, the Captain's Chair obviously contains a #2 disposal switch. Shatner's facial hamming at the close of Act Four strongly suggests this.
