Last movie you saw?

I think Jaws 2 is ok, it's really not a surprise it wasn't as good as the original
No Dreyfus was a major disappointment, him and Scheider had a real screen chemistry in the first one
Every time I watch it I secretly hope the shark gets those insufferable geek boat kids

Where it really jumped the shark (see what I did there? ;)) were the 3rd and 4th movies. The 3rd was an early attempt at 3D movies, set in a waterpark, featuring the son of Scheider's character. But I think the most interesting of the sequels was the one set in the Caribbean.

Yeah, I cringed my way through the one in the waterpark, and only saw the fourth one with the sound down, but that didn't hinder it, it was a turkey, sound wouldn't have made a difference

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (3rd. time) Bluray is sooooo much better than streaming...

I had the misfortune of settling for "Jason Bourne" on TV tonight
It was fucking awful, absolute carnage from start to finish with a high body count, with little or no blood despite people being shot by high powered automatic weapons, a hero who fell from a five story building, got shot in the midriff and had a horrendous car crash at the end, yet still had the energy to fight one on one with another seemingly indestructible foe.
An insult to my intelligence.
I had never saw the need to watch the original Bourne films so fuck knows why I tuned in for the Damon reboot.

Watched that Netflix Extraction movie with the Thor guy. It was fairly cut rate, cookie cutter dull action

"Top Secret" (1984) - less than I thought had dated badly, given the very ephemeral nature of comedy. And some moments were the Zucker/Abrams/Zucker sort that were needed.

I have to say I have watched too many in a row to know anymore. I have a photo of my self with all the movies and books I got from the library, it is impressive!

Watched "Wind River" starring Jeremy Renner tonight
Look up slow burner in the dictionary and it will say "Wind River"
Wasn't a bad film, but fuck me, what is it about modern actors and mumbling or whispering lines ?
Couldn't decipher half of the dialogue

Cowboys and Aliens.

I hate watching Harrison Ford in anything after what he let happen to Han Solo, but he's pushing 80 and with any luck, his career is about over.
