Lack Of Communistic Characters in Star Trek

Yes, why are there no commies in Star Trek?

I find this to be very distressing, especially since no fans have created web sites to support the inclusion of communists in the Star Trek universe. I thought Trek was about including everyone and IDIC.

But I also find it distressing because Brannon Braga didn´t address this issue at any time. And let´s not think of Rick Berman. He must hate the party since he never made a single episode featuring alien communists.

Well IMHO commies should be able to serve on starships too.

It's true, if Star Trek found the time to do three episodes featuring Nazis in Star Trek's 40+ years, than they must have had time to have at least one episode about Communists. I am greatly disappointed by this oversight on the part of Trek's showrunners and can only hope a future production (perhaps even Trek XII) includes a Communist character in a prominent role.
