#KryptonLivesMatter
Not real in what way? Whether or not we were supposed to see it, it's still a trailer made by them for the purpose of promoting Krypton.^ It doesn't matter, because it's not a real trailer.

Not official is not the same as not real. It was leaked, and may not represent the final show, but it's clearly not some dinky fan made thing. Not according to them. It's not official, so it's therefore not legitimate/real.
By denying that the trailer is official, Syfy is denying that they created it; therefore, they are denying that it is real.
Because it was released without authorization?^ If you're right, why would io9 update their article on the subject to include a statement from Syfy denouncing the trailer as unofficial?
So when Krypton starts airing, absolutely none of this material will be in it? Cool to know.Even if the trailer was released without authorization, there's no reason for io9 to update their article with a statement from Syfy denouncing it.
That never happened with the Flash or Supergirl Pilots when they were leaked.
I still don't get the point of those videos. Why do they think anyone is interested in random strangers reacting to trailers? I guess I've gotten old, too.Well, I couldn't find it on YouTube but apparently I can watch dozens of people "react" to watching it. I feel old....

General belief is that those pilots were leaked to gauge public interest levels and response, so why would CW/CBS call foul about authorisation.Even if the trailer was released without authorization, there's no reason for io9 to update their article with a statement from Syfy denouncing it.

I thought about it and I suppose it isn't completely foreign to us watching these videos and offering comments. I guess what gets me is just that the focus is on some putz making faces and going OTT for minutes and minutes on end. I found one where the guy at least showed the trailer in a small window while he watched so I could see it but the whole time he just sat there slack-jawed and wide-eyed going "Whoa" five or six times.I still don't get the point of those videos. Why do they think anyone is interested in random strangers reacting to trailers? I guess I've gotten old, too.
Tell us how you really feel!I am personally not so thrilled that it's connected to the DC FU.
