I think the cover(s) are what appealed to me...i.e. exotic, tough-looking female...yada, yada, yada...
I picked up the first Kris Longknife book--all written by Mike Shepherd--and set it in my book pile. I don't know when or if I will get to it because my free time is going to be gone pretty soon, but I would like to know if others have read this series and what are their thoughts on it?
I am also interested in the Quantum Gravity novels; the covers also appealing to me. I would like to hear some thoughts on this series.
