No, in "Days of Future Past" Kitty--or Kate as she was then known--was Married to Peter "Colossus" Rasputin.
Franklin Richards was involved with Rachel Summers.
I'm not attracted to Ellen Page. She looks like she's about 11 years old in The Last Stand.
I wasn't particularly attracted to Kitty in her earlier appearances in Claremont's X-Men. It's only really in her Excalibur days when she got more mature.
Also, didn't Joss Whedon once say he had a slight crush on Kitty at one point?
Incidentally, if the idea of someone being attracted to a person aged 15-16 (around the age Kitty was throughout most of Excalibur's run) disturbs you, I would NOT recommend Queer As Folk (the UK version)!

Kitty was meant to be a flat-chested Jewish computer nerd with a keen mind and a sharp tongue, or at least that was what she was evolving into throughout the 80s and 90s. I think subsequent artists idealised her body a bit too much so she ended up being a sexy, curvy, latex-wearing teen hotty. I'm not a fan of that image because it removes a chunk of what made her a unique character.
Don't worry though, she had her 18th birthday a good few years ago. Although Marvel plays it a bit loose with the character ages (Emma Frost claimed to be 25 a few years ago (yeah right - more like 40 and a shed load of botox) and I think Cyclops did too (but Jean Grey 'died' first time round when she was 24 and Cyclops was 2 years older than her and had time to grieve, marry, and have a child by the mid-nineties). These character have indeed aged a bit over the years so lusting after Kitty is fine... unless you are my age - then it's gross.
Ellen Paige was good casting for Kitty in my view. The best thing about the final movie was the group dynamic at the end, which had been missing from the previous (albeit superior) movies.

I think Ellis later said he was writing Kitty thinking she was 18 than Claremont or someone came out after his run and had her age stated as like 16...So oops.

Joss has said that Kitty Pryde is his favorite X-Men and one of the reasons he chose to make her the POV of view character and focal point during his run on Astonishing...I don't remember reading that he ever had a crush on Kitty. I think in that interview Joss stated that when creating Buffy he modeled her a bit on Kitty or at least he said they were similar. I'm a big Kitty Pryde fan and think Ellen Page did a good job with what she was given to do as Kitty in X-Men 3.

Pete was ok as 16 is legal for everyone in the UK (although it was 21 for boy/boy action back in the early nineties so Pete might have been in trouble if he had been deflowering Doug Ramsay, but Kitty was fair game).
^ Agreed...I did recently read an article online saying that Kitty was thought to be in her mid 20's...can't remember now where I read it. Or maybe it was in another forum.

I think I remember a little bit more about the article...it was about how Piotr and Kitty's relationship was a little screwed up since Pete was a few years older than Kitty (who as stated was 14 years old when she joined the X-Men) there was even pages of issues in this article. I haven't been able to find it and I looked.
Peter and Kitty's relationship was screwed up because he cheated on her with some alien chick during Secret Wars.
He told her and she ended it.

Nope. In the issue of Uncanny before Second Coming started, Magneto got ahold of the "bullet" and brought it back to Earth. Kitty was alive and well within, but she is stuck in "phased" mode and can't turn solid. A condition she has faced before.
Yeah... she was that way from the "Mutant Massacre" through the "Fantastic Four vs. the X-Men" miniseries. Terrible writing, BTW. But for those of you who fancy Shadowcat, she spends most of the mini without any clothes on.
