I was watching "Wrongs..." last night, and I started to wonder if the fate of Kira's two brothers was established (And I just don't remember).
Did they survive the occupation?

Not on the show, no. However, the story "The Officers' Club" in the book Tales from the Captain's Table establishes, IIRC, that one brother died during the Occupation, and the other may or may not have been a collaborator, and thus probably also died during the Occupation.
