How do you rate Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes?

It's under the What Could Have Been tab in the Franchise home of POTA and the Trivia tab in KotPOTA.

Quote - "The film was originally conceived as another reboot trilogy with no ties to POTA or the Caesar trilogy before being refitted to be set in the Caesar universe."

Which as I said is not the same thing as it starting out as an unrelated script that was turned into POTA.
