“I won’t kill you but I won’t save you” scenarios are usually BS. Like Batman “not saving” someone whose fall he had intentionally precipitated, he flat out kills Ra’s in BB while claiming that it’s just “not saving.” More to the point, Pic and crew don’t just “not save” Ru’afo in INS. So I’ll judge them on a case by case basis.What are the criteria for judging? Does a ship-based battle where "bad guys" die count? How much of a "I won't kill you but I won't save you either" situation is allowed? Do accidental kills count?
Or stuff like he does in "Starship Mine" where he kills the terrorists by blowing up their ship through removing some thingy from the container with that volatile material that they stole?
