Kevin Pollock As Captain Kirk

Monty Python had it's share of undressed ladies too and was more for the undergraduates than the working classes who preferred Benny Hill!

The end was filmed as though it was a live news report with Arthur and his knights being arrested for the murder of that news reporter! So were Arthur and his men crazy or what was really going on at the end?

The Benny Hill Show ran for decades and pulled audience numbers up to ten million. It's humor was admittedly working class and crude, but ultimately it fulfill it's most important requirement, it made people laugh.

Someone correct me on this, but I think Benny Hill in first run was playing to a sex-starved culture, and men were drawn in by the women on screen in bikinis, as much as anything else. So for a lot of men, watching BH for the jokes was like buying Playboy for the articles, i.e., it was at least partially a pretext.

The Hills angels era didn't come into the show until the 1980s I believe! I've never researched it to be sure but before that were the odd scenes of women in undress and the like!
