There was a pretty nice view of the Kelvin (at that time still called the Iowa) bridge among the concept art James Clyne did for the movie, but no panoramas that I've ever seen.
The closest thing to any "panorama" shot of the Kelvin's bridge would have been the scenes set 25 years later during the Kobayashi Maru simulation. The Kelvin bridge set was recycled with a few small changes for use as the Academy training simulator. There were some nice angles of the set during that sequence...but nothing genuinely panoramic.
I love the Kelvin bridge. Shoot, I love the design of the whole movie. Everything felt, I guess the word would be "practical" and "real", if you know what I'm trying to say. It felt like I could have stepped through the screen and appear right there in the future, on the actual ship.
I love the shot of the destroyed ships -- especially the old Constitution and NX designs. They really should have kept that, for consistency's sake, and let the Big E be the first of a new class based on whatever was learned from the Kelvin encounter.
