The book is really well written and I'm happy to see that her work was estimated in its just value.
I trully hope a sequel soon.
In one of her OitNB interviews this spring, she mentioned that she is writing her 2nd book. I assume its "part 2".

She sort of hinted, that her memoir wasn't as well received as she hoped. I think people missed the point. I am going onto a limb to assume that set her back a bit. she chose dabbling in her imagination this time. Maybe she'll put more of herself in it with the security of knowing it's reality blended within fiction? Let the speculation begin
