I agree, that's a real possibility. Let's hope they don't forget. Kind of wish they would have aired it in the fall for that reason.

I just assumed drama, but who knows? Feels weird to put it in the same category as Big bang theory and the likes though. On the other hand, I don't think they're going to win best drama next year, but maybe best comedy. So perhaps that's a better choice. I missed the opening, good to see a shout out!

Yeah I wonder who would win between Kate and Hurst?

Re: Why Kate wasn't at the Emmys. Probably because she lives in NYC and she has done the Emmy stuff. So it was no big deal unless she was up for an award. This is all my personal opinion and I am making it all up..but....it sounds good. I really think she prefers the Broadway lights...

Okay... that was an interesting talk.

No they did not ask anything re: Prepon, HOWEVER, and this reassures me greatly... Taylor said they will be shooting through the end of January.

I thought I had read that the first season shot over 3 months, which suggests they'd be 2/3 the way through season 2 by now. If they are shooting for another 4 months, then there's still hope that Alex could be in more than 1 ep. (I will cling to that hope till my last breath!)

I laughed when Taylor said she didn't know any of the other actresses before filming OitNB... then she stumbled and said... "OH... I knew Kate Mulgrew... she played my MOTHER in Mercy!"

Heck sweetie, anyone around Teacake for more than 47 minutes KNOWS she played your mother in Mercy!
