Autotune doesn't count as singing. I've heard some of his album, and while the concept is interesting, his singing/autotuning is distracting enough to turn me off from it.

I saw him on an episode of Conan last week (which I believe was actually a repeat from the week prior) and he had Conan sing through his audio processor...which was kinda cool.

However when HE performed later, his back-up had the audio processor and his voice sounded unprocessed...and yeah, I was surprised and impressed with his ability.
