Does anyone else think that Art is overreacting a bit about the money? The fact that Raylan and Winona took the risk of putting it back rather than, say, burning it, should indicate their basically good intentions or at the very least, that Raylan was covering for Winona.
Art's never struck me as the moral-stickler type. I think he's miffed more because Raylan doesn't trust him enough to be honest with him than because of the legally and morally questionable situation. Raylan's loose-cannon-ness is the real danger there, that Art would be right to worry about.

I would say that for Art the legal and moral and honest all go hand-in-hand. He is fairly laid-back as a boss but I think his underlying code is pretty rigid. Raylan has not been straight with him and he doesn't like it. And, from Art's position, rightly so.
Justified and Archer coming back, some TV to look forward to for a change!

Can't wait for the upcoming season premiere. I didn't particularly like the story direction Raylan and Winona were moving in with him having to clean up her illegal mess though. Hopefully he will get back a bit on the straighter and slightly narrower path.
The premiere was great; I loved how Boyd got exactly what he wanted and I LOVE Neal Mcdonough. With Mykelti Williamson joining the cast, it'll be like a mini-Boomtown reunion.
Man, what an episode. The triple badass endings with Raylan getting the drop on Icepick, Neal McDonough showing how formidable a foe he's going to be, and Boyd walking past Dickie in jail and giving him an intimidating stare was terrific. What a way to start the season.
I felt like a dummy, it took the whole episode and that scene in particular for me to get why Boyd went into the Marshall's office and picked a fight with Raylan. At the time the fight happened, I was thinking, "Jesus, how stupid was that?" And then after the prison scene the light bulb went off. Pretty clever I guess, but damn he must want revenge awfully badly.
More so that with Boyd's daddy and Mags gone he has to prove himself once and for all to the rest of Harlan County's underworld with a personal act of badassery. Just as the new hood from Detroit did. While Ava might not come out and say it but since she went down that path she would want a man of personal action having her back
