For Bashir to even be a part of such an organization, something eventful had to have happened for him to even consider it. Destroying the foundation is boring, but is there a way for Bashir to shake up Section 31 to its core? That should be the questions asked for a story if Bashir was going to a part of an organization like that. Has Section 31 ever tampered with the timelines and what effects it may have done to future timelines? Have the organization cause more harm than good? What would the ethical measures where Julian would have to cross to be a part of them and what measures will take to dismantle such an organization? How far will he go to defend to integrity of UFP?
