Slightly conflicted. I am not a fan of using a brand name to sell something that has little to do with the source. But it LOOKS fantastic! Hopefully whatever story it’s telling lives up to that.

This movie looks like it is going to be great and if you combine this with a Tarantino Trek we might see a new trend of adult oriented one off takes of family friendly fare. I think they are also doing a realistic version, Fresh Prince with Will Smiths blessing. Jason

Saw the final trailer yesterday and it looked insanely good. Based on that and the reviews, I'm starting to get a little excited.
Io9's review is a bit more critical than some of the others.
Their main complaint seems to be that's kind of all over the place, with it touching on a ton of different issues, but not really having a clear message.
