Do you know this feeling when you're kind of remembering something, from a movie or a TV series, but can't quite figure out what it is .. and are driven absolutely nuts by this?

I've had half a scene from some movie or TV show going through my mind today .. but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

Scene is either on a spaceship, or in a nuclear bunker. I think it's a bunker. A person of authority - possibly the president - is confused about everything for some reason, including his identity.

He wants a cup of coffee .. so he walks over to the wall, on which there is a HUGE red button. a metre across or so. He's getting ready to push it, when people yell at him telling that he should not. As this button is either a self-destruct button, or a button that will launch all nuclear missiles

He asks where the coffee machine is. Camera zooms out, revealing second wall-covering button.

Person of authority asks which complete fool had buttons installed like that.

People tell him that he did.

I think it might have been something animated. Similar plot devices have been used before, but I think this is in something rather new.

I know there was a similar scene in Spaceballs, but this is not what I'm thinking of.

^Yep, which is odd, because the movie is like friggin' brand new; you should have seen it in either a trailer, a show about movies, or the movies in the past few weeks.

Spaceballs did something similar with Mr. Coffee and Mr. Radar right next to each other.

That explains it - I haven't seen this. I just saw an excerpt, and thus could not place it. Thanks!
