Tegan's uniform would be a nice call back if Jodie just went past it on the rack!
I'm not sure it would be in the TARDIS though. Teegan was wearing it when she got left behind at the end of Timeflight and the when she returned in Arc Of Infinity she was on holiday in Amsterdam after losing her job.
The TARDIS archives console rooms, I wouldn't be surprised if it also saves copies of clothing and sundries it encounters and uses them to populate the wardrobe.
If she knows that you find the clothes, she'll be sure to put them there for you to find.
The TARDIS wouldn't fabricate doubles of clothing, but it would create alternate aborted timelines by paradoxing useful items like Tegan's skimpy outfit or milk... Which is about the same as copying.
The Big Bang in The Big Bang was clearly a result of the Tardis stockpiling Aces Nitro Nine for millennia. She missed her. There's only been about three companions who made use of the Tardis science labs, and she is technically a scientific research and observation craft....someone has to keep that she'd occupied now and then. Romana...Nyssa....Ace....that's about it.
Mel might have been learning "future" computer languages from the nineties and norties?

Did Liz Shaw even get inside the TARDIS, ever?
Rory, Harry (Sullivan) and Martha would have made sure that there was a working sickbay near the control room, for just in case.
Would Peri have bothered with an Arboretum, since you know, she was almost a botanist?
This was never brought up... but Vicki and Zoe might have been hard core gamers? Since they both LOVED computers and came from the future where video games must'a'been are so cool, it'd be almost impossible not to play hard during all your off hours.
K9 could have used any of the TARDIS' labs if necessary, if he ran across a problem too robust for his own features to tackle.
That's about it, unless we're going to get into big Finish's... However, the Master "owned" the TARDIS for a year, or maybe longer, and River borrows her all the time, so maybe she needs to use the lab sometimes, and not just hitch a lift on the sly?

Hmm. That's got me thinking about the missed opportunity, as it impossible, of an episode called When Harry Met Rory. If crossover books were still a thing, like the old MAs, that early Baker, early Smith Tardis team up could be awesome. Sarah and Harry would be totally mind blown by Amy the Model and Rory the Nurse.

Not in the show, though I think she's taken a few trips in the TARDIS in the novels.
Personally, I would edit the sentence to read: "Clara stopped thinking of the Doctor in a romantic content once he regenerated into Capaldi." I'm convinced the eleventh Doctor and Clara were sexual by the time of "Day of the Doctor" (the flirting sequence with the motorcycle reads like a coded 1940s screwball comedy) and Clara's behavior toward the Doctor after the regeneration makes sense if she's grieving for a dead lover who isn't exactly dead and gone. The Christmas dinner sequence of "The Time of the Doctor" is also suggestive of a sexual relationship between the Doctor and Clara; that reads like a Richard Curtis rom-com, with Clara's family meeting her insane live-in boyfriend.
I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say they were actually having sex, but yeah, I definitely got the impression there was a two-way attraction going on between the Eleventh Doctor and Clara. The impression I got from them was they were the couple who wanted to be a couple but didn't realize they already were a couple.

I don't think they were sexual but there was definite romantic interest. And it makes sense that Clara would stop thinking of the Doctor in a romantic way since the Doctor was now a much older man (28 years her senior)! I know Doctor Who can play around with the concept of a character changing but still being the same but there are some lines that the show has to be careful not to cross. Having Clara still be in love with the Doctor when he was old enough to be her dad, would have been really weird.
But, but, but... That's how it works in Hollywood...
HA HA. Yes, but Doctor Who is supposed to be a children's show, at least that is what the marketing people keep pushing.
Interesting reading...weighted by the bit where he thinks Clara's new boyfriend is the bow tie wearing teacher. Then more so by the hybrid revelation playing out like he and Clara are sort of destructive exes who just can't stay together even though they want to after things went wrong. But Moffat did coupling so he has form.
Jodie Whittaker did a lovely radio interview this morning and talked about her reaction to learning she got the role and her expectations are for the show. She sounds very excited which makes me all the more excited!
Two interesting tidbits: She's talked to several of the previous Doctors (but doesn't mention names) and that she hasn't been on set yet.
