It didn't look like her around the eyes, to me. But perhaps it was the angle or the distance.
Since IESB is reporting that she has indeed been cast, I retract my doubts.

She could pass as Carol Marcus but personally i don't want that character in this movie. Carol Marcus belong in TWOK not in XI. TWOK fan scold be satisfied they are going to have Kobayashi Maru test.

I think she is Nurse Chapel. In the leaked photos there were several asians dressed in white like medical clothing. It would only be logical since she plays on a medical show. She already has the terminology down.
Carol Marcus (may have been) a lab technician and is at least a Doctor (Dr. Marcus, remember?).

Not quite. Before "WHAT LITTLE GIRLS ARE MADE OF", she was pining over Roger Corby. In what looks to be the movie time period she may be with Corby (or even before that).
Well since plot details are emerging from tekmovie.com she could be a technician working at the Guardian Facility when the Romulans attack it to go back in time. That would explain why she is scene with actors in TNG turtlenecks and military boots and Asian Lab Technicians dressed in White. She could be in charge of the facility and after the take over and everyone is dead or dying she helps Spock use it to contact his Younger Self. I did notice in the spy pics that one actor with a TNG costume tertleneck had bruising on his face indicating a fight
