Kes, Chakotay and Janeway are my main favorites.

In fact, I like all the characters. Voyager and NCIS are the series in which I took an immediate liking to all characters. Although I must admit that I still have some problems with Seven, I didn't like the way the character was brought into the show and the over-focus on the character in seasons 4-7.

My favourites are Janeway (obviously), the Doctor, Tom (underused), and Neelix. That's right. I said Neelix! I'm neutral on B'Lanna, Tuvok, and Kes. None of them have made any good or bad impression on me. Though Tuvok does get some great deadpan lines every now and then. As for Seven, I'm finding her to be very interesting, I'm just not sure I really like her yet. Least favourites: Harry and Chakotay. Now let me be clear. I do not hate either of them. They both seem like really nice guys just boring. Seriously. What is Harry's job? The one thing that does bother me about Chakotay is that every time Janeway lets him take command (due to her being incapacitated) he strays from her orders and puts his own agenda into place.
