I just noticed something: Are the Cook and Evarts classes supposed to be BR era pendants to the TOS era Hermes class scout and Saladin class destroyer / escort, respectively? Kinda looks like it from the weapons emplacements, but was that the intention?

Aww.. I want to see you make a Loknar. As for the Anton, my take on it is pretty cleaned up of what FASA offered... but I would love to see a 'real' one as well.

Pretty much. The Cook was mentioned and lightly described in the LUG Star Trek RPG. The Evarts is pretty much a legacy design, a very rushed 'upgrade' of the Cook into a destroyer.

Never been a fan of the usual Loknar, Chandley and Anton either but I love Kevin Riley's take on the Loknar. Still one of the best non-canon ships out there.

As far as I know, no one else has really done the Timms just yet. There's been some demand for it, but no one's approached me with anything...

well all i can say is that i think your ship would make a great platform for many adventures in the TOS area, and ps you NCC number looks to new for that area i can be wrong but great ship

FASA uses a completely different schema for registry numbers, and when I numbed the Timms, I kept it to FASA's rules. With the 'Okuda-rules', it would probably fit within the 1800s or 1900s somewhere.

ok cool thxs for sitting me stright on that point , if you up date this ship or its back story plzs let me know im very interested in this ship , i can see a plot in starfleet that would have brought this ship at least as a proto tupe to a working production ship probley for covert opts just a thought

Well i missed what happened

All im asking is has anyone ever designed a ship using the Ship parts that Vance / Jaynz created then name it after him? I have a feeling if not then my next vessel made from these parts will be named after him

As a toolkit? Take a shuttle, flip it upside down, add nacelles and Reliant-greeblies to it. Viola', the Sydney class.

As for naming something after me... I already got the Vanguard station, right?
