It's the subliminal messages in the re-mastered episodes. The cats are organizing soon they take over the world!!!

My kittyboy looks at the tv enrapt during TOS-R reruns. Can't explain it...he doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about other shows. Funny to see it.

I have a half-Siamese cat that's a dead ringer for yours. Smart, too. Actually paws the TV screen sometimes when she sees her image reflected in the tube when it's off.

I was going to suggest that he just likes seeing a humanoid with pointed ears, but with the bringing of Isis into the discussion, we'll have to assume he's waiting to see if she's in any other episodes.
I'm curious if the cat pays more attention to scenes on the bridge. Some of the pings and whistles kind of sound like birds, crickets, etc. (In fact, the phaser whine is based on the sound of thousands of locusts chirping, as I recall.)
