Jabba's Palace

The Battlefront games have a map (slightly different in both) in Jabba's palace but as I think about how it looks compared to the cutaway views shown above I think the maps are a more compact version of the "actual" place, as I guess most game maps are that are based on locations.

Were the slaves at Jabba's palace merely dancers or were they used for physical relations for the Hutt as well?

Jabba only had physical relations with the Gargans.
