Took me a few eps to get into it but I'm really enjoying it now.

I knew Lucian D'Abberville was up to something but never thought he was a nazi spy.

I'm not sure if there is going to be a 2nd series because I don't think the blitz is all the cheap to film, so I suppose it depends on how our American cousins like the show.

Been watching it weekly - it's very good, enjoying it more than I enjoyed Downton Abbey in a long time and almost as enjoyable as Victoria.

I'm hoping we get a second season - far too much effort has been put into creating the world of the show. The youngest brother is being set up as an Alan Turing metaphor so he needs to be shifted over to a Bletchley Park equivalent and that could be part of a second year - Lady Hamilton after Dauberville shows his trues colours is going to be fabulously wrathful and am guessing the former Lord Hamilton's mistress will eventually show her face again (with child?)

I have been wondering what's happened to her.

Spoiler: Last Nights Episode

So, Dauberville is possibly a Nazi spy and is trying to extort information from Toby using his sexual relationship with the bartender. I'm guessing that Lady Hamilton is going to find out about this - she might not approve (Olivia Williams' has said as much in interviews) but I can imagine her being absolutely savage to anyone who tries to hurt one of her children.

That said - far more invested in Garland/Peggy and Toby/Adil than I am about the Freddie/Emma/O'Hara triangle.
