Is Veronica Mars worth watching?

S1: Very good. Best of the 3 seasons
S2: Okay, not as good as S1.
S3: My momma told me if I don't have anything nice to say about something, don't say anything at all. :)

Veronica Mars is a great show, and I highly recommend it. The second and third seasons aren't quite as good as the first, but still very much worth watching (and the flaws aren't as noticeable when you don't have to wait a week or more between epsiodes).

The first season, absolutely-fraggin-lutely-dammit. Fantastic year.

The rest, you might consider skipping. But you probably won't. The descent in quality is gradual due to network interference, not all at once, but by the end you might wish it had been a one-year wonder.

Just watch season 1, season 2 is unwatchable on scales unthinkable. Season two has some of the most horrid plot developments ever seen in TV history I wish I could forget it and get my $15 back.

Season 2 wasn't as great as the first but I don't remember anything too egregious about it.

In hindsight, though, season 3 was absolutely horrible. The WB's mucking about and inserting all the boy/girl melodrama really tanked the show. Logan degenerated into an absolutely unbearable character which is too bad because Jason Dohrin is a pretty good actor (dumping the Veronica/Wallace friendship was a dumb move too).

All my friends loved it and insisted for the longest time that I watch it. Finally I gave it a chance...watched the first 6-7 episodes and just couldn't get into it. Part of it may be that I'm that one person who just doesn't like Kristen Bell though...

I loved it Season 1 is one of the best seasons of television I have ever, ever seen. Season 2 is... really, really not all there, but still good. Season 3 is better than Season 2, but is still off... I personally feel, though, it kind of pulls together at the end sort of nicely. Basically, whenever the series revisits the Season 1 arch, it gets really awesome, in my opinion.

Are you sure your'e not just trying to be different? Everyone likes season one. EVERYONE.:borg:

The first season is beyond great, a must-see. The second is definitely worse but still watchable and even enjoyable in parts. Most of the third season is still watchable, but you can skip the last 5 or so episodes entirely (it's even recommended, they are a complete garbage ending with a complete nonsense).

Great show - all three seasons, in fact. Yes, S1 is the best, but S2 and S3 were also still really good stuff for the most part despite some fairly obvious network interference. Well worth a look.

Also, the S3 DVD has the 'pilot' for a revamped S4 set several years later when Veronica has joined the FBI. Although this obviously never came to pass (which is criminal, BTW), I found that watching it gave a nice cap to the series as a whole. At least we know that Veronica is gonna keep on doing what she does best for years to come.

YES. It's one of my favorite shows. And I think season two is the best.

Let's see if spoiler code works again.

Problems with season two... massive spoilers....

"Where to bigin... The whole bus thing is a disaster, the fact Kim (right?) survives it, looks PERFECT after falling off a cliff, gives birth and then dies is even out there is soup operaish stories. The gang storyline and Logan is equally as boring but not quite as lame. Veronica kidnapping a baby, outsmarting the FBI.. wow... Then of course is the climax, nice, quite geek turns out to be a mass murder, who, it just happens, to have raped Veronica Mars! Bad, some of the worst TV ever, should have been canceled then."

And spoiler code doesn't work, it goes {spoiler=blahblah}{/spoiler}, when it should be {spoiler=}thenblahblah{/spoiler}.

You do know you can just click advanced, type out your spoiler, highlight it, and click the spoiler button, don't ya? Also, it's [spoiler =info about what you're spoiling so people know what they're choosing to look at]spoiler[/ spoiler]

That's what isn't working. I do click the spoiler button but it never asks me what the spoiler is about. So I type all the spoiler and nothing shows up.
