I just have to wonder where they draw the line to determine which kids are allowed to play with everyone and which kids needs to be kept separate. Is it only the kids with extreme disabilities that need constant close supervision, or are they throwing all the random ADHD kids in there as well?

A cage would have a "ceiling" on it. Safety fences hardly constitute a cage...

This is what I have been wondering as well. I'm hoping that any special needs child who can keep him/herself safe has the option of joining the mainstream playground.
