I might have to go with Changeling. The outsider, trying to appear the same as the people he's among.

I think a poll should he made for this thread. If you cycled down to the top 20 from this list, you'd hit a lot of bases. Also, add an "other" for whoever's missed.
TOS-era Romulans. Especially the commander from "Balance of Terror," wearily trying to maintain an old-fashioned sense of honor and integrity despite trends to the contrary.
If it was a role-playing exercise, I could go for TOS-era Klingons or TOS-era Romulans.

What about: Vulcans, Klingons, Romulans, Betazoid, Vorta, and I suppose I'd want to put Cardassians, Bajorans, Changelings, and Ferengi. Hm, maybe Borg, Andorians, Species 8472, Xindi, El-Aurians, Denobulans, Kazon, Jem'Hadar... so that's 17. Can you think of any big ones I'm missing? I haven't watched TAS yet so I'm not sure which species are at the forefront of that series.
^The Ba'ku for those with mommy/daddy issues, the Gorn for those hostile folks, and the Q for those who think they're above the rest.
I guess it's what other is for but I forgot to say add the Breen for the mysterious. Maybe the Xindi can fit that bill.
