Is there a complete crew manifest available for a UFP ship?

Has anyone ever seen a complete crew manifest for a starfleet ship? I'd love to see something that went into great detail, down to listing of individual postings. For example:

1x captain
1x commander
1x chief engineer
...
4x warp engine maintenance personelle
...
3x bartender
...
8x janitorial staff

And so on. This wouldn't need to be published canon; I'm just interested in someone's take on how all the people onboard a starfleet vessel keep themselves occupied!

I remember years ago seeing such a list on the blueprints of the Reliant from TWOK. Back then, the ship was listed as an Avenger Class. This was back in the 80s, so a lot has changed, and I don't even know if they're available anywhere.

I'd have to look, but I think Franz Joseph's Enterprise Blueprints had a rough crew manifest

the non-cannon Tech Manula for the non-cannon Galileo-class starcrusier went into exhastive detail for crew positions, going into such things as science officer specialties as well as their watch rotations and emergancy postings.

Yep, a bit officer-heavy in my opinion, but well thought out.

The "USS Khai Tam Technical Orientation Manual" also has a crew roster. Not as detailed as the one in the "Galileo" manual, but useful nontheless.

Not quite what you asked for, but I remembered this site, which contains a fairly extensive "manifest" of Voyager crew members and their assignments, etc.

There used to be a website someplace online that had a complete roster of the crew of Voyager, based on all the guest stars and references we saw throughout the series. Don't know if its still around, but it actually worked out nicely, continuity-wise.

I searched for these on google, and discovered that these are but two of what seems like at least fifty fan-written tech manuals. It's really cool that some fans are dedicated enough to publish their own additions to the star trek universe.

I'm going to see if I can hunt down a copy of the Galileo tech manual. Ebay, Amazon, Powells, etc. Wish me luck.
