Is the US release of "Time of the Doctor" DVD/Blu-ray region free?

Is the US release of "Time of the Doctor" DVD/Blu-ray region free? I really don't want to own the other X-Mas Specials AGAIN, by getting the UK release, and was wondering if I could get the US version instead.

No, the US release is region-specific.
