Is "space above and Beyond" on dvd?

I've been wanting to get that show but it ran for only one season on Fox so I don't know if they ever put it out on Dvd. Would also like to get "Journyman" from a couple years ago about the guy who time traveled.

Perhaps the did the cost/benefit and realized not enough people would buy it... that's a good reason.
