It aired in Canada back in 2012, and was officially cancelled in February.
Personally I just could not get into it. I barely paid attention to the final episodes. I mildly enjoyed the UK series, but I just didn't care about the story or characters or episodes in this one.

I could have totally seen an x-files like prequel focusing on Project Magnet desperately looking for something paranormal to justify their insanely massive budget.
