Is It Too Late For The Shat To Replace Pine?

I once doubted. I once thought the idea of Shat back as Kirk was beyond preposterous. But then... I saw the following.

What more proof do you need than this?

Listen to the fans Abrams - Shat is still da bomb. Bring him back or by thunder, I'll start an online petition.

The entire opening chase scene on foot would, of course, need to be excised. Even Sir Sean in his prime would have had difficulty with the bits that are NOT done by the stunt men.

Replace "The Cone" with "The Shat"? Sure, why not? I hear they can do wonders with CGI these days.

Honestly, if you squint a little bit - it blurs the image and he looks a bit younger. We just have to get everyone else in the audience to do it. We'll need to stick some sort of title card before the movie though. "PLEASE SQUINT NOW"

No, it's not too late. He could be digitially inserted over Chris Pine's body.

I still advocate the compromise position, that somebody rips out Shatner's eyeballs and stuffs them into Pine so Pine can have the right shade of brown eyes and Shatner can get a screen credit.
