Is it safe for me to drink sugar water?

Word of advice:
Don't swill your mouth out with salt water and then afterwards drink a glass of white wine.

Sugar in water? why would it be a problem?

Here's an informative video about salt water.

There's an advert on the vid to start with but the vid starts after.

I luv that commercial

That is about sea water.

Salt and sugar mixed in the right proportions in water is actually used to treat infants in the third world...

A pinch of salt, a handful of sugar and some clean water is all that is needed to save up to two million children who die each year from diarrhoea, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said

Drinking salt in water won't kill you either.

Uhhh. Yes it will.

No it won't, neither water nor salt is toxic.

Sodium and chloride are deadly (soidum is very explosive) yet when combined they're a basic necessity of life. What's your point?

Sufficently salinated water will kill you.

It causes cells in your body to explode from being over salinated and it throws of the electrical and chemical balances in your body.

That's why you're not supposed to drink sea water.

A little salt in water won't hurt you and even has some practical uses.

Drink enough sea water? You'll first go looney and then you'll die.

Sea Water is salt water and can be easily duplicated with enough salt in ordinary tap water.

Hell, water by itself is deadly if you drink too much of it.
