Don't swill your mouth out with salt water and then afterwards drink a glass of white wine.

Why are you even drinking regular sugar water for?
Uhhh. Yes it will.
No it won't, neither water nor salt is toxic.
To be fair, you'd need to drink a lot of salt water for it to kill you.

Sodium and chloride are deadly (soidum is very explosive) yet when combined they're a basic necessity of life. What's your point?
Sufficently salinated water will kill you.
It causes cells in your body to explode from being over salinated and it throws of the electrical and chemical balances in your body.
That's why you're not supposed to drink sea water.
A little salt in water won't hurt you and even has some practical uses.
Drink enough sea water? You'll first go looney and then you'll die.
Sea Water is salt water and can be easily duplicated with enough salt in ordinary tap water.
Hell, water by itself is deadly if you drink too much of it.

It's about salt water, it uses sea water as an example of salt water.
Suffciently sugared water will also kill you.
It's all in the mix: the body needs a little salt and a lot of water.
I wouldn't encourage people to start drinking a lot of sea water though -it's vile stuff!
Electrified sugar water kills. Don't ever forget that. It may save your life one day.
