Is DS9 on the air anywhere?

Weirdly though on none of the streaming services in the UK. Amazon had VGR and TOS (remastered no less) for a while, Netflix had TNG, now no-one has any trek at all.

I'm guessing UK fans are DVD/Blu'd up to the extent no-one really watches them on streaming.
Next Gen and Voyager are currently on Syfy, TOS and DS9 on CBS Action.

Enterprise isn't on at the moment, but I Tivo'd season 4 a few months ago.

Still Trek everywhere on cable !

CBS action on SKY uk and sci-fi channel SKY, they just finished DS9 and Voyager is on when Voyager finishes DS9 will be back on TOS and Next Gen are always on

Indeed, that is probably the reason. The ongoing content deals have an exclusivity to them that prevents them going cheaply onto straming services. However, they did have the deals which were allowed to lapse by Amazon and Netflix, maybe just too pricey.

If you have a library card, you should go there and see if they have the DVD's. The episodes you get over-the-air are going to be chopped up to add more commercial time.
Actually, I have Voyager and DS9 on DVD. But I've never gotten around to watching them. I'm sure you're right, though. I've watched some other things on H&I and they're a bit odd. But I find if it's on every night I'm more likely to tune in than to watch my DVDS. I don't know why. I just know it's so.

Oh yeah. BBCA chops the hell out of TNG. And I don't even need to watch it there as I have the blu-rays. If it just happens to be on, I watch.

It will be nice to see DS9 and Voyager back on tv. I have the DVDs but there are times when I can just watch it if it's on tv.

In germany it's on SyFy, two episodes every night from monday to thursday. It's also on Tele5 (free tv), one episode from monday to friday at 6 pm.

They're on CBS Action here in the UK, but the picture quality isn't great. A lot is said about HD remastering, when the signal strength on those additional Freeview/Freesat channels is frequently pretty low bandwidth and not up to full SD anyway.

I'd like to see the BBC back showing Star Trek. They don't have commercials except for their own programming. Also that way there'd be the HD option for Enterprise, the Original Series and Next Gen. Deep Space 9 and Voyager like other SD shown on such channels also improve. If only for losing less picture quality in a higher bandwidth.

Who knows where they'd put it. Definitely not BBC One. Probably BBC Two or more likely BBC Four. They've never shown remastered FX TOS and likewise Enterprise. Although that did get shown by Channel 4 after they outbid the Beeb in 2002.

In Australia on 7mate or Gem or SBS, I'm not sure. My dad watches it on Saturdays or Sundays, they also re-run TNG and Voyager (and Red Dwarf lol.)
