Using a pirated typeface and pirated music for your lame-ass anti-piracy advert. You'd be forgiven for thinking it was a comedy bit.

I will still never understand who thought it was a great idea to put these adverts on DVDs. Like, on the actual real DVDs. Bought and purchased legally. Why make me watch a screamingly loud anti piracy advert when I just want to watch the actual legal DVD of a show/movie?

Because you might have borrowed a copy from a friend or the library, or even purchased one to copy it and then return it later. I guess they weren't taking any chances.
