That would be Iron Man 3, Don Cheadle also talked about the heat during filming at the Comic-Con Saturday.

Ah. I looked it up and they've been filming in Wilmington and Cary NC. No wonder he was complaining! I couldn't imagine that costume when the temperatures were running 100+ during the heat wave.

Since the closing of Avengers fandom has been wanting a Banner cameo at the least but ideally Hulk cameo in IM3. Feige has picked up on this and is shooting it down.

I'm sure it was a stunt he felt he could execute with no problem. Probably even rehearsed it successfully a few times before the accident happened.
The piece seems to indicate it's minor enough.

It was serious enough to delay filming for a while.

I really wish that RDJ had used a stuntman. He is the lead actor and the last thing this movie needs is for him to break a leg and delay this entire movie for several months. That's what the stuntmen are there for, doing things that might be dangerous.

Now that this has happened, hopefully they'll be much more reluctant to let him to risk himself like that.

I really wish that RDJ had used a stuntman. He is the lead actor and the last thing this movie needs is for him to break a leg and delay this entire movie for several months. That's what the stuntmen are there for, doing things that might be dangerous.

He probably thought it would be more exciting if the audience saw him doing the stunt.
