Involved in Trek

KHAAAN!

Lieutenant Junior Grade

So, I know there are some writers here at the BBS, which is amazing, but I was wondering if there was anyone else here that was/is involved with Star Trek, and if they would be willing to share any of their stories?

^ :rommie: Poor Emh. He will never live that down.

But in all seriousness we have quite a few people that were involved in Trek that post here, mostly Trek novel writers. But we do occasionally see Rick Sternbach, Mike Okuda and Andrew Probert popping in to answer a question or two. I think Mike Sussman used to post a little but during the run of Enterprise. I am not sure if any of them would be willing to share but we can always hope.

^ How did Shat prove that it was in fact him? As opposed to some schmuck pretending to be him (which would be easy)?

Before my time, but a user named Morpheus gave away serious spoilers in the Enterprise forum. Some have suggested that it was Jolene Blalock.

I keep hearing that Shatner posted here once, but I don't believe it....

It's true, he was here in January 2002.

What did he say?

I'm sure there are and have been other Trek-related people buzzing around the site, posting anonymously.

I bought that it really was Shatner, or at least someone working for him. He was essentially spreading the word about his own new website, as I recall. That guy is always working! :D

I somehow completely missed the Chase Masterson brouhaha. For someone who frequents this board as much as I do, I always seem to miss the really good stuff!

I remember someone posting here claiming to be Jolene Blalock at one time. Almost certainly not. But I remember someone here responded to that poster with, "Greetings, image of Jolene Blalock."

As for me, not a strict connection to Trek production, but I used to be Linda Park's pool boy.

No...wait...I might have just imagined that last one during a lonely, late-night, drinking binge...

Dennis Bailey who posts under 'Dennis', wrote the TNG episodes Tin Man and First Contact.
