Lucky you. It's quite awful. Almost has a leisure suit feel to it (more so than the others).

I only recall him wearing one of the high-collar variants and the work vest.

I believe it is from a discarded scene between him and Kirk at Starfleet's S.F. Headquarters.
It takes place before Kirk meets with Nogura to get the Enterprise back.
Scotty ends up getting the gray one-piece jumpsuit for his first appearance in the shuttlepod instead.
