Looking at Picard, even that does not seem like a certainty. They have not announced Picard Blu-Ray outside of US.
Amazon Prime contracts may have specified a longer holdback on international physical media release.

How many people are going to fork out for another streaming service? I'd still debating on whether to get Amazon Prime or not, I doubt I'd sign up to Paramount+ essentially just for Lower Decks.November and predictably not a peep to be seen for weeks. You'd be forgiven if you forgot this show even exists.
Either this is going to end up as a worldwide Paramount+ exclusive or we'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD/Blu-ray (hopefully the US one won't be region locked) to see it and that is probably a year away at best.

CBS All Access is available, for an extra cost, as a 'channel' on American Amazon Prime. Is Lower Decks on American Amazon Prime?? Dutch AP doesn't have it, but a quick google seems to confirm it's on the US version.

All of which are a pretty solid 'meh' from me.I'd assume Short Treks, S31 and SNW will wind up on there as well.

Not seen any Short Treks. Never been overly fond of S31 since DS9 created it, was one of their biggest misfires making it a recurring thing. Strange New Worlds I have little thoughts on, given my disregard of the series that spawned it I'm suspecting it'll be more of the same.Which ones have you seen?
Nobody could've known the pandemic would hit so hard and at that timethanks to the shortsightedness of the studio that ain't happening anytime soon.

Picard I might get around to once I get myself Amazon Prime. Lower Decks is the only show of the current batch I'm actual eager to see, but thanks to the shortsightedness of the studio that ain't happening anytime soon.
Still crazy it’s still not here in the UK. I could easily see that show being a bigger hit if the rest of the world could see it
“It is clearly something we want to have happen and there should be news about it fairly soon… but these are conversations that I’m involved in, but not in charge of.
“We totally hear you, we are desperately working on it and we are completely invested in getting it done.”
Based on producer comments, it won't be, it's going to be a lot more episodic.Strange New Worlds I have little thoughts on, given my disregard of the series that spawned it I'm suspecting it'll be more of the same.
What a crappy position to be in. These negotiations sound painful at this point. This article goes into international release a bit.....

I find it a bit strange; by this point I just assumed they were going to put it on Paramount+, which presumably wouldn't need much in the way of negotiations.
