Instant Karma

My granddaughter had a appointment with her orthodontist today, but my daughter called them to reschedule it for another day (for a bogus reason). Within an hour after that phone call, my granddaughter's teacher called my daughter to tell her that there was a problem with my granddaughter's braces. Some teeth were loose and the wires had become unattached, etc. So, she ended up keeping that original appointment after all. Nearly instant karma, possibly. Like calling in sick when you aren't sick, only to become sick soon after.
Anyone else get hit with "karma" in some way?

Not personally, but I witnessed instant karma outside a music venue once.

I was waiting outside for Slash from Guns 'N' Roses with my sister. (Back then, I was helping her to raise money for charity. We got celebrities to autograph a pink baby stroller and she auctioned it off. ) There was a large group of fans hanging around the tour bus. This caught the attention of two guys who were walking by. One of them asked who we were all waiting for. My sister shouted back and then, while still walking, he started to make fun of everyone. Two seconds later, ignoring his mate who might've tried to warn him, he walked straight into a street light.
