After 2 days of game play, I traded my copy in for something else today. Just not my cup of tea, wanted to like it though.

I had problems getting into Crackdown. Maybe because there was no story. But mainly I just didn't like the way it played. It felt a lot like State of Emergency, to me anyway.
I beat this yesterday doing it in hero mode... loved it! I think this game is great fun and im defo gonna go back and do it in villain mode next.
A hell of a lot of time must have been put into making the city, lots to explore and do in it and some of the side missions are fun, the satellite uplink ones are good but one of them was well tough!
The upgrading of powers is interesting, but I dont think I can get the trophy where I upgrade them all! I haven't quite got enough XP, think I need another 10k to get the final ones for that trophy.
All in all, great fun! I beat it on hard so also got that trophy, but I can understand why some people are complaining about it being tough. the last boss on hard was insane until you get used to it, (100 times over).
I recommend this game to anyone, lots of good fun and a decent story.
