I am sorry, but nothing is worse for me than the blonde wigs on the hill people in "A Private Little War". They live in caves. How did they plug in the hair dryers to get their hair like that.

With Culluh, it looks more like the decaying remains of some unspeakable accident.

I always thought the pointed sideburn thing was a little over the top. Especially when they were ridiculously long (i.e. 3rd season Scotty). And then there's Rand's beehive thing...

Who decided it was a good idea to weave bird feather's into the aliens' heads??? The eyebrows are even worse.
