Here's an update from the current owner, posted over at HobbyTalk:
Hello all and Happy New Year
This is just a progress report for those of you who may be interested.
We got a break in the weather, and we took the shrink wrap off the Galileo 7 Thursday. We took a lot of pictures, which will be used in the sale, and to take inventory of the parts. I am in the process of using a diagram of the shuttle to number the parts. Missing parts that were in the posession of Gene Winfield were also received, and are sitting in my attorney's office
It has been over 2 years since I was forced to move the Galileo 7 from the lot that was demolished to its new location. At that time, I only had a few minutes to look at it. My impression was that the work that had been done had been again ruined. I think I was slightly hysterical that day, as I only was given one day to get it out of there.However, when we unwrapped it and photographed it inside and out, I was pleasantly surprised that is was pretty much intact.
The only major damage had been the roof, which buckled a bit. This can easily be replaced. I think that we used the more expensive marine plywood for the roof was a good idea, as it seemed to have protected the interior. Also every piece of wood that was fabricated and placed on the shuttle was waterproofed. The ship is now re-wrapped, and awaiting its fate.
At this moment, I am in the process of photographing all of the parts, some of which I am photographing on my bed LOL on a light green blanket. The small parts obviously, since it is only a queen sized bed.We do plan to move on this very soon. He will be working with all of the interested parties.
And, to those of you who wonder why I am posting here instead of a major trek blog, I like this site, and really I do not know the other sites very well. If there are any other sites that wish an update please feel free to use this material, or contact me.

I see two possible candidates. One is towards the lower left, beneath the square building and to the immediate right of the boat wrapped in red. The other is directly above that square building and positioned at a diagonal.
Hmmm ... not only have I found the Galileo, but the Copernicus as well!
