I'm on a roll

If you bought another Voyager kit, that center piece might also make a nice hull module for the next kitbash. The cockpit area looks like it could easily be converted into a shuttlebay.

Forbin - Isn't this McQuarrie's design for the Phase II Enterprise?

Ahh crap. I just noticed the name of the link and it says "phaseii" right there. Nevermind. Nothing to see here.

Yup. :)

I'm trying to figger out what parts to use. A 1/1000 Constituion saucer looks too big, and a 1/1400 Constitution saicer looks too small.

Of course, it's not gonna look EXACTLY like that anyway, and will have my own little interpretations.

Go with the bigger saucer and shave the edge.

Paint!

It is NOT a runabout, and you can't make me call it that! :p

Will that thing even fit in the Enterprise's hangar deck?

If not, one may have to consider docking apparatus on a starship's airlock.

It would probably fit in, but wouldn't be able to turn around or drop down to the shuttle maintenance/hanger deck...

And Forbin, can we call it a lap top, if we don't make you call it that?

I like the turn signals on the front. Maybe you can get Kirk from "The Deadly Years" to keep the blinker on.

Forbin - First you substitute highlighters to make a cool, functional, and (more importantly) believable ship from the Trek universe, now you take another model and turn her into yet another beauty destined for our eyes only and not the big screen.

You, my friend, are in the wrong business!

P.S. - Any chance that we will get a Forbin original 2008 calendar? I am using last year's edition, but the days don't seem to match the dates!

Keep up the good, nay, GREAT work!

I wasn't gonna do a calendar this year due to lack of new material, which problem, apparently, I'm solving as we speak

I may yet, but it will be in a very UNtimely fashion. :borg:
